Rocky trip to Philadelphia

Funny thing this picture was the only Ricky things about it.  Jared and I had so much fun.  Weather was perfect plenty of time yummy food and new friends met.  I learned a lot on this trip.  I learned that I LOVE people.  I talked to new interesting people who explained his crystals fixed the weather for me! (Thank you). I talked with people from hungry who didn’t think our 200 years old building were very old at all!  I laughed at anesthesia residents who I over heard “ could you print me an extra badge I want to send it home to my mom she will be really excited I’m here!”

I tried to understand Milton Hershey and making his city with a school for orphans and then leaving his company to them.  I learned that the Gettysburg address was given at a dedication of the Cemetery for those who died in civil war.

I talked to doctors in politics. Residents with 4 small children just starting out in their program.  All of it was so much fun!

I learned the Liberty Bell is a symbol of how fragile Liberty is!  The bell rang our independence and we used as a symbol ever since even when is cracked! 

We toured the US mint independence hall Rocky steps history museum, art museum & the temple!  

Jared did meetings and classes too but those aren’t as exciting except being the New Mexico delegate gave him a vote in the ASA world so it added to the meetings and a whole inside look into how is all works! 

Let summer start

School is out and we stole our friend’s pool!!!!  🏊🏻. Love Allie’s cute friends Caylee and Devinee’

Kyson graduated!!!!

My nephew Kyson graduated high school!  It wasn’t always easy for him but he found his place!  He sang in the highest choir and was able to preform at graduation! His esports team took first place in state and he was given a scholarship to Utah state eastern!  He has a cute girlfriend and is in a great place!  We are excited to see what is next!!!

Aspen Grove

Aspen grove camping with family!  Russ Brenda Mahuni and Pheonix all came with us!  S’mores cards, hiking , dancing, activities and axe throwing ropes course and shooting!  So many activities we looked forward to our nightly byu ice cream! 

Portland

Found a Beaver 🦫 statue at the capital! 

Had to drive this 6 person bike along the river because we are on vacation!


Flower parade festival and we walked down to get voodoo doughnut which were very cool but actually not my favorite at all, but it’s Portland so we had too!

Mountains & waterfalls

 

We saw the mountain and then we drove up to the mountain!



They had a dog who lived at the lodge on the mountain.  You just have to find him!  Allie found him!



Had to see this waterfall and get the Instagram photo!





Hikes 5 different waterfalls and I decided Oregon is heaven!  All the hiking is to waterfalls none of this rock and views stuff here in New Mexico! 

Astoria OR

Goonies rock piers and bridges, Lewis and Clark statues.  Lots of fishing 🎣!  We started all the way to the top of Oregon so we could be within a few hours of kaden.  Then we made our way down the coast!

Tillamook taste testing

We hit up tillamook but had to sign up to be tast testers.  Everyone in our family was a super tasted except me who actually only tased sweet the entire time!  There you have it I love sweet for a reason!
